Community Events keep us in fellowship with one another. We're often bogged down by work and studies and need to be reminded that we're not in this alone. Throughout the year we do things like cookouts on the lawn, capture the flag games, volleyball tournaments, themed dances, beach trips, open-mic worship nights and more.

We're also committed to serving the campus and the local community, caring for others through evangelistic outreach and mercy ministry.  If you are looking for a place to get plugged in and serve, we invite you to join us in sharing the love of Christ with CNU and the Newport News area.

We need your help to help us run these events - during the semesters, every small group has a chance to plan and run a community event for the chapter. We're also looking for individuals who are willing to help plan and run events and outreach.

If you're interested in becoming more involved with planning and running events, there will be an opportunity to begin serving with us starting in the early fall.  Be on the lookout for more information online and at our first few Large Group Gatherings in August!
